Once your order is placed, it is normally sent for shipment within 48 working hours. This timeline may vary slightly during high-demand periods, festive seasons, public holidays, or unexpected delays.

However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, operational delays, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
4. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as early as possible before dispatch. Once the shipment is already handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be possible.
5. Faulty Product Received
If the shipment is delivered and you receive a faulty or damaged product, you may raise a return request as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
We recommend checking the product immediately after delivery and keeping clear proof, such as photos or an unboxing video, if the product appears defective.
Important: Faulty or defective product cases are reviewed by our team before approval. Please share accurate order details and clear product proof when raising the request.
