1. Products, Fit & Quality
WrapWolf offers modern men’s fashion including shirts, daily wear formals, casual shirts, summer fits, and premium polos. Our products are designed for men who want sharp style, comfort, and smart pricing.
Yes. WrapWolf shirts are designed for daily comfort, office wear, casual outings, meetings, travel, and evening plans. We focus on breathable fabrics, clean fits, and easy styling.
We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order. Compare your chest, shoulder, and length measurements with the size chart to choose the best fit.
If you are between two sizes, choose based on your preferred fit: regular comfort or slightly fitted look.
We try our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual color may slightly vary due to screen brightness, device display settings, lighting, and photography conditions.
For longer product life, wash gently and follow the care instructions mentioned on the product label. Avoid harsh detergents, direct high heat, and rough washing methods.

2. Orders & Payments
Once your order is placed successfully, you should receive an order confirmation message via email or SMS. Please make sure your contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Order changes may only be possible before dispatch. If you need to change size, address, or product details, contact our support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Cash on Delivery availability may depend on your location, order type, and courier serviceability. If COD is available for your order, it will appear as a payment option during checkout.
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the payment screenshot, transaction ID, and your registered email or mobile number. Failed payment reversals usually depend on your bank or payment provider timeline.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are normally sent for shipment within 24–48 business working hours after being placed, excluding Sundays and festival holidays.
The tentative delivery period is usually 5–7 working days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather, or unexpected courier delays.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you should receive a live tracking link through email or SMS so you can track your delivery status.
No. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, cancellation cannot be processed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us before dispatch.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact, and the WrapWolf brand label should be visible in the images you share.
Email us at contact@wrapwolf.com with your Order ID and reason for return or exchange. Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps.
Products bought during sales, festive offers, or using promo codes are considered special “Steal Deal” orders. These products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
For eligible prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after QC approval.
For COD orders, bank refunds are not available. Instead, you may receive a WrapWolf Store Credit / Promo Code of equivalent value.
Yes. A reverse shipment fee applies to return and exchange requests. For regular collection, the fee is ₹149 per product.
